Role OverView
We are looking for a proactive and organized Operations Manager to run the daily activities of our client hair business.
You will charged with managing staff, track inventory, handle vendor relationships, and ensure every customer gets great service.
The ideal person is a problem-solver who can keep the business running smoothly with little supervision and great foresight.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the opening and closing of the facility and daily workflow.
Oversee client appointment scheduling, booking systems, and front-desk flow.
Keep the workspace clean, safe, and compliant with health and hygiene rules.
Track stock levels for hair products, extensions, tools, and chemicals.
Order new supplies on time and avoid shortages or waste.
Build and manage relationships with product vendors and suppliers.
Hire, train, and supervise stylists, assistants, and support staff.
Create work schedules and manage shift rotations for peak business hours.
Conduct performance reviews and handle team conflict resolution.
Handle customer feedback, inquiries, and complaints professionally.
Ensure high standards of client satisfaction during every visit or order.
Support marketing tasks, loyalty programs, or social media promotions.
Track daily cash flow, sales transactions, and basic revenue records.
Assist with payroll preparation and expense tracking.
Prepare operational reports for the business owner.
Requirements & Qualifications
2 –5 years of management experience in a salon, spa, retail, or hospitality setting.
Smart with strong numerical and analytical skills
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Highly organized with great attention to detail.
Comfortable using booking software, POS systems, and basic spreadsheets.
Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Management, or a related field is a plus.
