Job Summary
To ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations within the office environment. You will manage administrative tasks, maintain office supplies, coordinate schedules, and facilitate communication among team members. You will also support finance and administrative duties, including petty cash handling, payment processing, basic bookkeeping, and financial record-keeping, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational procedures.

Required Qualifications
Diploma in business management/administration or accounting
CPA Part 2 or equivalent
Solid experience in office administration
Understanding of office management procedures
Ability to handle petty cash accurately
Confidence with accounting and bookkeeping
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Organized, trustworthy, and a team player with strong communication skills
Commitment to accuracy, integrity, and making a positive difference in rural Africa
Desirable:
Bachelor's degree in accounting & finance, business management/administration, or management
Other Experiences:
Candidates with experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, Finance and Admin Assistant, Cashier, Accounts Clerk, Bookkeeper, or similar roles are encouraged to apply.
