About the Job
Job Responsibilities
Travel to the frontline as a wireless network planning and optimization technical engineer (TE/TL/TD/SA) to take charge of onsite or remote delivery of network planning and optimization projects, including network planning, drive test, KPI monitoring, parameter optimization, and special scenario optimization.
Provide technical assurance for network planning and optimization projects, identify and resolve network quality risks and issues, and undertake key project responsibilities, including technical solution development, coverage and capacity analysis, interference analysis, and network performance improvement.
Be responsible for customer support in SLA, including KPI monitoring and analysis, parameter tuning, neighbor optimization, handover optimization, and complaint handling, to continuously improve network quality and user experience.
Take part in customer training, skill transfer to internal employees, and knowledge accumulation (including local employee cultivation and personnel echelon building) in the project team or team.
Fully communicate with the customer during delivery/SLA project and be responsible for successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
