The Quality Control Inspector is responsible for inspecting input materials, monitoring product quality throughout the production process, identifying production errors, and ensuring finished products meet required specifications before delivery. The role also involves maintaining quality records, reporting quality risks and production losses, and following company quality, security, and operational procedures.

Key Responsibilities
The Quality Control Inspector will be responsible Inspecting input materials used in card production.
Checking product quality along production lines.
Inspecting in-process products and identifying production errors.
Checking product specifications, including thickness and adhesive quality.
Inspecting finished and packaged products before delivery.
Preparing quality reports and maintaining production records.
Monitoring production losses and reporting issues that exceed allowable limits.
Immediately reporting risks that may affect product quality.
Following company quality, security, and operational procedures.
Performing other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
