Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve classic, contemporary, and signature cocktails to established quality standards.
Create innovative and visually appealing beverages based on guest preferences and occasions. Provide knowledgeable recommendations on cocktails, spirits, wines, and other beverages.
Deliver warm, professional, and attentive service while engaging positively with guests.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the bar and beverage service areas.
Monitor bar inventory, restock supplies, and communicate stock requirements promptly.
Ensure proper portion control, beverage consistency, presentation, and minimal wastage.
Operate POS systems and process beverage orders and payments accurately.
Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally.
Collaborate with the Food & Beverage, Kitchen, Restaurant, and other resort teams to ensure seamless service.
Assist with beverage service for events, celebrations, conferences, and other resort functions.
Follow all food safety, health, safety, and responsible beverage-service standards.
