About You
Required Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of
2 years of relevant work experience
in HR or personnel administration.
Good knowledge of employee records, attendance, leave administration, recruitment support, and HR procedures.
Good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Hotel or hospitality industry experience is an advantage.
