Key Responsibilities
Operate assigned plant equipment and processing areas in accordance with approved procedures.
Support the handling, movement and processing of mica and spodumene materials.
Follow established procedures for the safe handling of chemicals and other process materials.
Monitor operating conditions and report abnormalities promptly.
Maintain proper housekeeping within assigned areas.
Use required PPE and comply with all HSE requirements.
Participate in shift handovers and maintain accurate operational records
Report equipment faults, spillages, unsafe conditions and other incidents immediately
Follow instructions from supervisors and plant management.
Support plant production activities while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Minimum Qualifications
SSCE/IGCSE with at least five credits, including English Language, Mathematics, Chemistry and one other Science subject
Experience
Minimum of 2 years'' experience working with dangerous chemicals.
Preferred Attributes
The successful candidate should be safety-conscious, physically capable of working in an industrial environment, attentive to operating procedures and comfortable working shifts where required.
Preference will be given to candidates who live in Ode Remo or nearby communities and can reasonably commute to the plant. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
