About the Role
We are looking for energetic and results-driven FMCG Merchandisers to support our growing Sales team across selected locations in Abuja.
Each Merchandiser will be responsible for managing assigned outlets, ensuring product availability and visibility, monitoring stock, and identifying opportunities to expand the company''s outlet network.
Responsibilities
Visit and manage assigned retail outlets within your designated location.
Ensure our products are available and properly displayed.
Monitor stock levels and identify outlets requiring replenishment.
Build relationships with outlet owners and managers.
Identify and onboard new outlets within your territory.
Monitor competitor activity and market conditions.
Gather relevant market and outlet information.
Support sales activities within assigned locations.
Submit accurate daily/weekly activity and outlet reports.
Work towards assigned outlet coverage and sales KPIs.
Requirements
Interested candidates should possess a Degree with 1 year experience.
Previous experience in FMCG merchandising, sales, field sales, or related roles is an advantage.
Good knowledge of the assigned location.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and spend significant time in the field.
Ability to meet and exceed sales volume targets.
Must be organized, proactive, and results-oriented.
Must reside within or have easy access to the assigned location.
