Conduct and validate laboratory tests; supervise laboratory staff; perform quality control; communicate critical results; maintain equipment and stock records; ensure biosafety; and prepare quality and inventory reports.
BMLS; current MLSCN registration and practising licence; completed internship and NYSC; and relevant diagnostic laboratory experience.
