Job Summary
The Staff Nurse will deliver direct patient care, support clinical treatments, and work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary medical team. In this role, you will be responsible for administering care, monitoring patient health, maintaining clinical documentation, and ensuring high standards of patient safety and satisfaction in a hospital setting.
Key Responsibilities
Direct Patient Care:
Provide professional nursing care to patients in clinical and ward environments, ensuring comfort, safety, and adherence to medical protocols.
Clinical Administration & Monitoring:
Administer medications, perform prescribed treatments, monitor patient vital signs, and report changes in patient conditions to medical staff.
Multidisciplinary Collaboration:
Work closely with physicians, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to carry out treatment plans and coordinate patient care.
Documentation & Compliance:
Maintain accurate, complete patient medical records and ensure compliance with healthcare standards and hospital policies.
Requirements & Qualifications
Educational Qualification:
Diploma or BSc Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution.
Work Experience
Minimum of 1 year of relevant nursing experience. Experience in medical and/or surgical wards is preferred.
Clinical & Teamwork Skills:
Strong clinical capabilities with a proven ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
