ABOUT THE JOB

The MEAL Support staff will provide technical and operational support to the Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) function to ensure that programme activities are effectively monitored, accurately documented, and implemented in accordance with organisational standards and donor requirements.

The post holder will support data collection, data entry, verification, analysis, reporting, accountability, feedback mechanisms, and learning activities across projects. The role will work closely with programme teams, field staff, partners, beneficiaries, and other stakeholders to strengthen programme quality, demonstrate results, identify challenges, and promote continuous learning and improvement.

The position requires strong attention to detail, good analytical and organizational skills, integrity in handling programme data, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced humanitarian environment.

Qualification and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Statistics, Mathematics, Social Work, or a related field.

Relevant certification or licensure.

Proven experience (at least 2 years) working with children and families in a case management or social work role.

Required Skills and Competencies:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with children and families.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases and priorities effectively.

Proficiency in case management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to handle complex and sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism.
