Job Summary
BMY Advanced Laboratory and Comprehensive Imaging Center is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Marketing Representative to promote its laboratory, diagnostic, and medical imaging services. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with healthcare institutions and clients, implementing marketing activities, and increasing the organization's visibility and customer base.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Promote laboratory, diagnostic, and medical imaging services to potential clients, hospitals, clinics, physicians, and other healthcare institutions.
Identify new business opportunities and establish productive relationships with healthcare providers and relevant stakeholders.
Communicate the organization's services, benefits, and competitive advantages to prospective customers.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for business growth.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to support customer satisfaction and retention.
Support the development and implementation of marketing strategies, campaigns, and promotional activities.
Conduct field visits and follow up with prospective clients to generate leads and expand the organization's market reach.
Monitor marketing activities and contribute to achieving assigned sales and business development targets.
Collect customer feedback and communicate client needs and concerns to the relevant departments.
Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, client interactions, market developments, and business opportunities.
Represent the organization professionally during client meetings, institutional visits, and promotional events.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Educational Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Sales, or a related field.
Work Experience
Previous experience in marketing, sales, or customer relations is an advantage.
Experience in healthcare marketing or promoting medical and diagnostic services is an added advantage.
