Job Summary
We are hiring a Marketing Manager to lead marketing for Kuddy Cosmetics, reporting directly to the Board of Directors.
You will own our annual marketing calendar, build and develop our Marketing Team as it grows, and make sure our brand shows up consistently and powerfully everywhere our customers meet us, in stores, online, and everywhere in between.
This is a hands-on, in-person leadership role.
You will split your time between our Trade Fair headquarters and our retail locations, staying close to both the strategy and the stores it''s meant to serve.
Responsibilities
Own the brand: Maintain brand consistency across stores, website, social media platforms, packaging, and marketing materials. Make sure every campaign aligns with our brand guidelines and strengthens the overall image of Kuddy Cosmetics.
Plan and run the marketing calendar: Develop and manage our annual marketing calendar, coordinate seasonal campaigns, oversee product launches, and execute promotional initiatives that drive customer engagement and business growth.
Lead content and social media: Oversee content development across all digital platforms, review and approve marketing content before it goes out, and ensure our community engagement and audience interaction stay strong and on-brand.
Manage digital marketing: Run digital advertising activities across relevant platforms, including Meta, Google, influencer marketing, and email marketing, ensuring our marketing resources are put to their best use.
Partner on website and e-commerce: Work closely with our E-Commerce team to keep the company website updated, customer-friendly, and optimized to support online sales and a strong customer experience.
Manage influencers and partnerships: Identify, engage, negotiate, and manage influencer relationships, strategic partnerships, and collaborative opportunities that support brand awareness and bring in new customers.
Drive store traffic: Develop and implement initiatives that increase customer visits to our stores, while supporting local marketing activities and branch-specific promotional campaigns.
Build and develop the team: Onboard, train, and develop our Marketing Associates as the team grows, giving them direction and support.
Turn insight into action: Analyze customer feedback, purchasing trends, social media engagement, and market developments, and turn what you learn into real recommendations that improve customer experience and support business decisions.
Who Fits
Bachelor''s Degree with 2-8 years of proven experience in marketing management, ideally with exposure to retail, FMCG, or beauty/cosmetics.
Track record of planning and executing marketing campaigns and managing a marketing calendar.
Experience managing or developing a team.
Hands-on knowledge of digital marketing across Meta, Google, influencer marketing, and email.
Strong communicator, confident presenting strategy and results to senior leadership.
Organized, hands-on, and genuinely comfortable splitting time between an office and the stores.
Genuine passion for beauty, retail, and building strong customer-facing brands.
