Job Summary
The Marketing and Sales and Promotion role focuses on increasing brand awareness, promoting products and services, attracting new customers, maintaining strong customer relationships, and supporting business growth through marketing, sales, and promotional activities. The position also involves social media communication, product promotion, market research, and developing new business opportunities.
Qualification
BA degree in Marketing, Agriculture, Agro Business, Plant Science, Agronomist, Business Administration or related field.
Applicants must be able to work in and out of Addis Ababa
Highly skilled in social media communication, with the ability to create engaging and persuasive product posts that capture customers’ attention.
Able to travel and work in different regions of the country.
Very effective on social media, advertising and promoting products on social media.
Experience
Minimum of 2 years in sales, agrochemical sales or related field.

Local Knowledge: Must be a resident of, or deeply familiar with, the market dynamics of the city you are applying for Amharic.
Knowledge of crop protection products & agricultural practices is an advantage.
