Job Summary
They are seeking for 4 marketers to sell/distribute their products.
The candidates will be proactive and results-driven Marketers who will drive sales, expand market reach, and develop strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in food processing and distribution markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, supermarkets, restaurants, distributors, and food service providers.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and potential growth areas.
Develop and present business proposals, product presentations, and sales pitches to prospective clients.
Work closely with the sales, production, and logistics teams to ensure seamless product distribution and customer satisfaction.
Identify and establish partnerships with suppliers, distributors, and key stakeholders to enhance business growth.
Negotiate contracts and close business deals to increase revenue.
Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports on market trends, customer feedback, and business growth strategies.
Represent the company at trade shows, food expos, networking events, and industry conferences.
Stay updated on food safety regulations, industry best practices, and emerging trends in food processing and distribution.
Key Qualifications & Skills
Minimum of an OND degree in business administration, Marketing, Food Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
2 -3 years of experience in food marketing and sales.
Strong knowledge of food industry trends, supply chain logistics, and distribution channels.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic sales plans.
