Requirements
Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in laundry, dry cleaning, hospitality, or a related operations management role.
BSc/HND in a relevant field of study.
Strong knowledge of laundry and dry-cleaning operations, garment care, stain treatment, washing processes, and quality control.
Proven ability to supervise and manage staff, monitor workflow, productivity, and service quality.
Strong customer service, communication, problem-solving, administrative, and organizational skills.
Must be reliable, responsible, able to work under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate daily laundry and dry-cleaning operations while ensuring smooth workflow.
Supervise staff, allocate duties, monitor performance, attendance, and compliance with company procedures.
Ensure garments are properly processed, handled, packaged, and delivered according to company standards.
Monitor quality control and minimize damages, losses, errors, and customer complaints.
Manage the proper use of equipment, detergents, and other operational materials while ensuring cleanliness and safety.
Handle customer concerns, prepare operational reports, and provide regular feedback and recommendations to management.
