Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Officer to ensure the smooth operation, maintenance, and repair of the company''s facilities and equipment. The ideal candidate should be hands-on, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining a safe, functional, and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out routine maintenance of company facilities and equipment.
Diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, and mechanical faults.
Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests.
Keep maintenance records and prepare reports.
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
Liaise with external technicians and vendors when necessary.
Requirements
Minimum of OND, HND, or an equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
At least 1 year of relevant maintenance experience is an added advantage.
Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and work effectively within a team.
