Lulus Lounge & Nightclub is seeking an experienced, commercially minded Manager to lead our venue, deliver memorable guest experiences, and grow revenue. Our entertainment includes club nights, Exotic Fridays, dance performances, and karaoke. We need someone who understands Abuja’s nightlife scene and can combine strong hospitality with sound business management.
Key responsibilities
Lead club operations and maintain high standards of service, safety, and presentation.
Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise bar, service, security, and entertainment staff.
Plan and execute themed nights and events with DJs, performers, and promoters.
Take responsibility for weekly sales targets, event turnout, reservations, and repeat customer growth.
Oversee stock, purchasing, cash handling, expenses, and controls to reduce losses and protect profitability.
Build relationships with guests, promoters, vendors, and other partners who can help grow the business.
Review nightly sales and operations, resolve issues promptly, and report results and improvement plans to ownership.
Requirements
3–5 years of relevant experience in nightclub, lounge, bar, or hospitality operations, including management or supervisory experience.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams, grow sales, manage costs, and deliver successful events.
Strong knowledge of Abuja’s nightlife market; an established local network is an advantage.
Excellent guest relations, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work late nights, weekends, and event days.
