Summary
We are looking for an experienced Laundry Marketing Supervisor to join our team.
The ideal candidate must have hands on experience working in a laundry business and a good understanding of laundry operations, customer service, and marketing.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers.
Manage customer acquisition and retention activities.
Promote laundry services across social media and other marketing channels.
Build relationships with individuals, estates, hotels, offices, and other potential clients.
Follow up on leads and convert them into paying customers.
Monitor customer feedback and identify opportunities for business growth.
Track marketing activities and prepare regular reports.
Work closely with the laundry team to ensure excellent customer experience.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a laundry business, preferably in a marketing, sales, or supervisory role.
Good knowledge of laundry services and operations.
Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
Proven ability to attract and retain customers.
Good sales and marketing skills.
Ability to supervise and coordinate a team.
Must be proactive, target-driven, and result-oriented.
