Job Summary
To ensure the microbiological safety and quality of raw water, processed water, finished bottled water, packaging materials, and the production environment in compliance with Ethiopian Standards and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Collect and analyze daily samples of Water & Product Testing
In-Process Quality Control & Hygiene Monitoring
Ensure proper aseptic technique and lab safety at all times.
Maintain accurate daily microbiological test records and documentations.
Sanitation & Production Support
About You
Qualifications
BA Degree in Biology from the well-known University.
Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
