Job Summary
The Junior Construction Site Supervisor will support the Site Manager in coordinating and supervising daily construction activities. The role involves assigning tasks to site laborers, monitoring construction progress and work quality, checking materials, maintaining daily site records, and ensuring compliance with safety procedures. The position is suitable for a recent Civil Engineering or CoTM Engineering graduate who is willing to work in a demanding construction environment and support the successful completion of project activities.
Key responsibilities
Supervise daily activities and attendance of site laborers.
Assign daily tasks to laborers according to the work plan.
Monitor construction progress against the planned schedule.
Ensure construction materials are delivered on time and in the required quantities.
Check delivered materials and report shortages or issues.
Monitor the quality of ongoing construction work.
Ensure laborers follow site safety rules and procedures.
Maintain daily records of labor, materials, and work progress.
Report daily progress, delays, and site issues to the Site Manager.
Coordinate with site workers and support the Site Manager in resolving routine site issues.
Assist in ensuring that construction activities are carried out according to the approved work plan and project requirements.
Monitor the availability and proper use of construction materials and equipment.
Support effective communication between site laborers and the Site Manager.
Carry out related tasks as assigned by the Site Manager.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or CoTM Engineering.
Only graduates of 2026 G.C.
Only Male applicants are needed.
Willingness and flexibility to work extended hours, weekends, or night shifts as required by construction activities and project schedules.
Ability to start work immediately, If selected.
