Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to support day-to-day accounting and financial operations. This entry-level position is suitable for recent graduates who are eager to develop their accounting skills, gain practical experience, and contribute to accurate financial recordkeeping. The successful candidate should have a basic understanding of accounting principles, familiarity with accounting software, and good Microsoft Excel skills.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Assist with maintaining accurate accounting records and financial documentation.
Support the preparation and processing of invoices, receipts, payment records, and other accounting documents.
Assist with recording financial transactions and organizing accounting entries.
Support bank, supplier, and customer account reconciliations as required.
Use Microsoft Excel to enter, organize, format, and analyze basic financial data.
Assist in preparing financial reports and summaries under the guidance of senior accounting staff.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
Perform other accounting-related duties as assigned.
Educational Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
Work Experience
Zero years of accounting experience required.

Basic to intermediate knowledge of accounting software.
