We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior IT Assistant (Web Admin) to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities
Vacancy posting and data entry
Monitoring and analysis of network traffic and website traffic
Assist with the maintenance, monitoring, and updating of the company website and web applications.
Support in troubleshooting website issues, identifying bugs, and resolving performance problems.
Collaborate with senior web administrators and development teams to implement new features and updates.
Assist with content management, including uploading and updating text, images, and other media on the site.
Monitor site traffic and performance analytics, generating reports as needed.
Provide general IT support, including handling internal IT-related requests and issues.
Requirements
Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT or related fields
Zero or one year of experience ONLY
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Eagerness to learn and develop IT skills.
Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
