Key Responsibilities
Monitor and maintain accurate records of all inventory movements.
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming products against relevant documentation.
Ensure proper documentation of stock receipts, transfers, issues, and returns.
Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile findings with inventory records.
Monitor stock levels and identify shortages, excesses, damaged, or expired products.
Prepare periodic inventory reports and submit them to the Management
Supervise proper documentation and filing of inventory records.
Work closely with the Accounts, Sales, Production, and Logistics teams to ensure accurate stock records.
Investigate and report inventory discrepancies and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
Ensure products are properly stored, labelled, and arranged for easy identification and retrieval.
Support compliance with company inventory control procedures.
Requirements
A minimum of a Bachelor''s degree/HND in Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 1 year and maximum of 3 years of relevant post-NYSC experience in inventory management, stock control, warehouse operations, or a related role.
Good knowledge of inventory control and reconciliation procedures.
Ability to use Microsoft Excel effectively.
Strong numerical, analytical, and organisational skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
High level of integrity and accountability.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Candidates must be ready and willing to relocate to Ibadan.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the pharmaceutical, veterinary, agricultural, manufacturing, or related sector.
Knowledge of stock valuation, inventory reconciliation, and inventory reporting.
Familiarity with handling products with batch numbers, expiry dates, and stock movement records.
