KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain accurate inventory records across all locations.
Monitor stock receipts, issues, transfers, and adjustments.
Coordinate and document stock transfers between locations.
Conduct regular cycle counts and physical stock checks.
Reconcile physical stock with system records and investigate variances.
Ensure timely and accurate inventory updates in the ERP/inventory system.
Identify and report stock losses, damages, and discrepancies.
Support periodic stock-taking and inventory audits.
Prepare inventory reports and monitor stock accuracy.
Collaborate with Warehouse, Retail, Finance, Procurement, and Logistics teams.
Ensure compliance with inventory control procedures.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor''s degree/HND in Supply Chain, Logistics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
2–4 years'' experience*in inventory control, warehouse, or stock management.
Strong knowledge of stock reconciliation and cycle counting.
Experience with ERP/inventory management systems.
Strong numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Retail, luxury retail, FMCG, or multi-location experience is an advantage.
