We urgently need a Retail Sales representative to be responsible for assisting customers, promoting products, achieving sales targets and ensuring an excellent shopping experience in the store.
Responsibilties
Welcome customers and provide exceptional service in-store
Promote and upsell products to achieve sales goals
Maintain good knowledge of store products, pricing, and promotions.
Handle customers inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally
Operate the cash register and process payments accurately
Ensure shelves are well stocked, clean, and properly arranged
Support inventory management and stock control activities
Participate in store displays, merchandising, and promotional activities
Work collaboratively with team members to meet store objectives.
Required
A fresh graduate of any discipline, intelligent, customer friendly.
Must reside within Lekki and its environment.
