Key Responsibilities
Plan and develop industry‑segment markets: develop end‑users including government agencies, hospitals, schools, hotels, enterprises (mining, petrochemical, small‑and‑medium‑sized commercial‑industrial enterprises, etc.), as well as relevant EPC contractors across Nigeria.
Manage key accounts and establish and maintain long‑term business partnerships.
Formulate and implement sales and channel strategies to achieve company performance targets.
Compile technical proposals, conduct product demonstrations and negotiate business contracts.
Track sales performance, analyze trends of Nigeria’s solar‑energy market, and submit regular sales reports to headquarters.
Cooperate with pre‑sales and logistics teams to support project quotation and order delivery.
Conduct regular on‑site visits to end‑users and clients in Lagos and other states.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above.
Minimum 3‑year practical working experience in sales or business development within the solar, renewable‑energy or electrical‑equipment industry. Candidates with project experience serving government, hospital, school, hotel and enterprise clients, as well as existing resources of Nigerian EPC contractors and installers are preferred.
Proven track record in market planning, industry‑client development, business negotiation and deal closure.
Familiar with PV modules, hybrid inverters or lithium‑battery energy‑storage products.
Excellent English communication skills; proficiency in Yoruba or Igbo is a plus.
Proactive working attitude, strong business follow‑up capability, willing to travel across states for client visits.
Resident in Lagos and available for offline client meetings.
Compensation: Base salary + team commission + special bonus for major projects. Salary negotiable.
