Job Summary
We are looking for a
skilled and compassionate ICU Nurse
to join our clinical team. The ideal candidate will be confident in providing high-quality care to critically ill patients and working effectively in a fast-paced hospital environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide safe and compassionate nursing care to critically ill patients.
Monitor vital signs, patient conditions, and clinical changes closely.
Administer medications, IV fluids, and prescribed treatments.
Operate and monitor ICU equipment, including ventilators and cardiac monitors.
Respond promptly to emergencies and changes in patients’ conditions.
Maintain accurate nursing and patient records.
Work closely with doctors and the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Maintain high standards of infection prevention and patient safety.
Provide appropriate support and communication to patients and their relatives.
Requirements
Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid
NMCN licence
.
Previous ICU/Critical Care experience is required.
Strong clinical assessment and patient-monitoring skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
