Responsibilities
Provide first-line ICT support and resolve user incidents.
Support hardware, software, network and device operations.
Support hospital information systems and user access.
Apply ICT security and data-protection practices.
Maintain ICT asset and support records.
Escalate complex issues appropriately.

Education
Bachelor''s degree, HND or ND in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline; Completion of NYSC where applicable, or a valid exemption.
