Job Summary
We are seeking a competent and experienced Human Resources Officer with a strong understanding of the hospitality industry to manage day-to-day HR operations and support employee-related activities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
Handle employee relations, attendance, and leave management.
Support performance management and staff development.
Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR reports.
Provide general HR support in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Requirements
B.Sc./HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably within the hospitality industry.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proactive, professional, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
