We are seeking to hire an experienced Human Resources Officer to join our growing team. This is a mid-level role suited to a proactive HR professional with 3–5 years of progressive experience in human resources, preferably within a professional services or corporate environment.
The ideal candidate will have experience in:
Managing recruitment, onboarding, and employee offboarding processes
Supporting performance management and employee engagement initiatives
Developing, implementing, and maintaining HR policies and procedures
Administering employee records, leave, and other HR operations
Coordinating learning and development activities
Ensuring compliance with labour laws and HR best practices
