Requirements
Bachelor''s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of progressive HRBP experience in a manufacturing company
CIPM membership is a plus.
Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
