Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and qualified Human Resource Manager to oversee human resource operations, including recruitment, employee training and development, performance management, employee relations, and policy implementation. The successful candidate will support management in creating a positive work environment, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and implementing effective HR practices. Experience in construction projects is mandatory.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Direct recruitment, hiring, and training procedures for new employees.
Coordinate and direct work activities for managers and employees.
Conduct regular employee progress reviews and performance assessments, addressing problems and grievances.
Promote a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable raising concerns.
Manage and supervise HR staff, ensuring responsibilities are properly assigned and completed.
Understand and ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations.
Develop and implement employee training and professional development programs.
Assist in implementing performance management procedures.
Schedule and oversee employee wellness and health programs.
Advise management on human resource policies, procedures, and employee-related matters.
Lead the development and implementation of human resource policies.
Prepare and maintain accurate HR records, personnel files, and reports.
Educational Qualifications
BA Degree in Management, Personnel Management, or other related fields.
Work Experience
A minimum of five (5) years of relevant work experience.
Previous experience working on construction projects is mandatory.
