KEY PURPOSE OF JOB
Responsible for providing a wide range of both human resources and administrative support services to the Recruitment Team, including HR transactional work across the employee lifecycle, HR system administration, managing queries from internal and external clients, information management, supporting senior executive recruitment and appointment processes and other administrative tasks as required.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Undertake HR transactional work across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding new employees into the HR system (Themis HR), processing contract renewals, entering salary and leave adjustments and maintaining accurate and complete employee data in the system.
Prepare, collate and record information across HR, ensuring accuracy and integrity of employee data in PeopleEdge.
Managing queries from both internal and external clients on a daily basis, using initiative to find answers to more complex queries and redirecting to the appropriate team as required.
Provide timely and accurate advice on diverse operational HR activities, processes and procedures across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, appointment, conditions of employment, separation and related issues to individual staff and HR units.
Provide general administrative support to the Recruitment Team, including preparing and distributing reports and supporting the delivery of training sessions.
Provide administrative support for senior executive recruitment and appointment processes as required.
Contribute to a high-performing shared services team, supporting and sharing knowledge with other team members.
Demonstrate and encourage commitment to quality customer service and actively pursue and implement ways to improve internal client satisfaction.
Responsible for managing the HR Help Desk.

EDUCATION
A good university degree in any of the social sciences or equivalent
EXPERIENCE
