Salon located around Chevron Alternative Road, Lekki, Lagos
is seeking an experienced and responsible
HR Manager
to join its team.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Manage staff attendance, leave, performance, and employee relations.
Handle disciplinary matters and ensure compliance with company policies.
Support staff training, development, and engagement.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
Advise management on HR matters and workplace practices.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–5 years of relevant HR experience.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, employee relations, and performance management.
Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
Experience working in a salon, beauty, hospitality, or customer-service environment is an added advantage.
