Position Summary
The HR Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, implementing, and monitoring all HR functions, including organizational development, recruitment, training and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, labor law compliance, and HR administration. The role ensures effective talent management, employee engagement, organizational efficiency, and alignment of HR practices with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Organizational Development:
Manage organizational structures, workforce planning, job analysis, job descriptions, and HR policies.
Recruitment and Selection:
Oversee manpower planning, recruitment, candidate assessment, selection, and employee onboarding.
Training and Development:
Conduct training needs assessments, implement development programs, and manage career development and succession planning.
Performance Management:
Implement performance appraisal systems, KPI monitoring, feedback, and performance improvement plans.
Compensation and Benefits:
Manage job grading, salary structures, benefits, incentives, market benchmarking, and compensation cost optimization.
Employee Relations and Engagement:
Promote employee engagement, handle grievances, strengthen communication, and support employee welfare and retention.
Labour Law Compliance and Industrial Relations:
Ensure labour law compliance, manage disciplinary matters, labour relations, negotiations, and dispute resolution.
HR Administration and Records Management:
Oversee personnel records, HR databases, leave and attendance administration, HR reporting, and HR information systems.
Educational Qualification
Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, Organizational Development, or a related field.
A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
Professional HR certification is an advantage.
Work Experience
8–10 years of relevant HR experience, including 3–5 years in a managerial or senior HR position.
Proven experience in HR strategy, organizational development, talent management, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and labour law compliance.
Experience in manufacturing, agro-processing, agriculture, or multi-site operations is an advantage.
Experience in HR budgeting, workforce analytics, and HR information systems.
