Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support HR operations across multiple retail stores and a large workforce.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, performance management, and workforce coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Manage recruitment, interviews, selection, onboarding, and employee documentation.
Maintain accurate staff records, attendance, leave, contracts, and HR databases.
Support payroll by reviewing attendance, overtime, deductions, and staff changes.
Handle employee relations, complaints, disciplinary cases, and workplace issues.
Support performance reviews and employee development initiatives.
Ensure compliance with HR policies and applicable employment regulations across all stores.
Prepare HR reports covering headcount, turnover, attendance, recruitment, and performance.
Coordinate staff training, orientation, and employee engagement activities.
Work closely with store managers to identify staffing needs and resolve HR-related issues.
Manage HR systems and ensure employee information is accurate and up to date.
Use Microsoft Excel for HR reporting, data tracking, and workforce records.
Requirements
Bachelor''s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR operations, preferably supporting multiple retail locations or large workforces.
Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration.
Experience handling employee complaints, disciplinary matters, and workplace conflicts.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR management systems.
Good understanding of employment policies and applicable labour regulations.
Excellent communication, organization, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.
Ability to work effectively with store managers and employees across different locations.
