Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for House Parents at Preston International School, Akure.
House Parents will oversee the day-to-day welfare and pastoral care of secondary school students, ensuring their safety, emotional well-being, and adherence to school rules.
Responsibilities include supervising daily routines, providing guidance and counseling, maintaining discipline within the boarding house, and fostering a supportive and nurturing environment for students.
House Parents will also act as role models, promoting good behavior, academic growth, and moral development in line with the school''s values.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any field
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with students, staff, and parents
