We required the services of an experienced Operations Manager in our Lagos Office.
The ideal candidate MUST have adequate and reasonable years of experience in hospitality industry which must include hotels at senior management level and most importantly must have passed through departmental operation.as head of department
The ideal person shall:
Support and work with all heads if department in all aspects of running the hotel.
Monitor the coordination between all departments for smooth for smooth and efficient operations
Ensure the implementation of SOP in all departments and checks the same during routine checks.
Coordinate regular operations team meeting with all head of department.
Responsible for all aspects of department, identify staff training needs and regular training of staff
Monitor and maintain operational and overhead cost.
Responsible for the overall management of the operation of the hotel, Monitor purchases and request of all departments randomly inspect the store, kitchen etc for compliance with lay down rules.
