Location: Ago Palace, Lagos
Salary: ₦150,000 per month
Working Days: Monday – Sunday, with 1 day off per week

JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a smart, responsible, and hands-on
Hospitality Supervisor
to oversee daily operations and ensure that staff provide excellent service to customers. The successful candidate will supervise staff, monitor daily activities, resolve customer issues, and ensure that operational standards are maintained.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of staff.
Ensure staff are punctual, properly dressed, and performing their duties effectively.
Monitor customer service and ensure guests receive quality service.
Address customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
Ensure the facility is clean, organized, and properly maintained.
Monitor staff performance and provide guidance where necessary.
Ensure company rules, procedures, and service standards are followed.
Assist with coordinating daily operations and staff schedules.
Monitor supplies and report shortages or operational needs.
Prepare basic daily or weekly operational reports.
Support the Manager in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Perform other duties assigned by management.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of OND/HND/BSc is an advantage.
Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a supervisory role is preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be smart, responsible, and well-organized.
Ability to supervise and motivate staff.
Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Customer-focused and professional.
