Salary: ₦200,000 per month
Working Days: Monday – Sunday, with 1 day off per week

JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a smart, proactive, and experienced
Hospitality Manager
to oversee the overall day-to-day operations of the business. The Manager will be responsible for staff supervision, customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and ensuring that service standards are consistently maintained.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hospitality business.
Manage, supervise, and coordinate staff across different functions.
Ensure excellent customer service and a positive guest experience.
Monitor staff attendance, performance, conduct, and productivity.
Develop and manage staff schedules and daily work assignments.
Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues professionally.
Ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and proper maintenance of the facility.
Monitor inventory, supplies, and operational needs.
Ensure company policies, procedures, and service standards are followed.
Train, guide, and motivate staff to improve performance.
Monitor daily sales and operational activities.
Prepare and submit regular operational reports to management.
Identify operational challenges and recommend practical solutions.
Ensure smooth coordination between different areas of the business.
Take responsibility for the overall performance and efficiency of the business.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of OND/HND/BSc is an advantage.
Previous experience in hospitality, hotel, restaurant, lounge, or related management is preferred.
Previous supervisory or management experience is an advantage.
Strong leadership and people-management skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Must be smart, proactive, organized, and responsible.
Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
