The Hospital Marketer will be responsible for driving patient acquisition, developing referral networks, building corporate relationships, and increasing the hospital''s visibility and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Drive patient acquisition through field marketing activities.
Develop relationships with doctors, healthcare providers, organisations, and referral partners.
Generate and convert qualified patient and business leads.
Develop corporate healthcare partnerships.
Conduct market visits, outreach, and promotional activities.
Build and maintain the hospital''s referral network.
Identify new business opportunities within the assigned market.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Achieve assigned marketing, patient acquisition, and revenue targets.
Maintain accurate records and reports of marketing activities.
Requirements
OND, HND, or B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline.
Minimum of 3 years hospital/healthcare marketing experience.
Proven ability to generate patients and business opportunities.
Strong networking, communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
Must be comfortable with field marketing.
Target-driven, proactive, and result-oriented.
Important location Requirement
Applicants for this positions must reside within Mile 12, Agric, Ikorodu, and surrounding areas of Lagos State, with reasonable access to the hospital.
