What You Will Do
Conduct residential property inspections in Lagos.
Assess visible property conditions using Wego Inspect checklists.
Capture clear photographs, videos, and written observations.
Document visible defects and safety concerns accurately.
Submit complete inspection reports on time.
Communicate professionally with occupants, agents, and property representatives.
Requirements
A relevant degree or HND in construction, architecture, building technology, engineering, estate management, surveying, or a related field.
Strong attention to detail and good written communication.
A smartphone with a reliable camera and access to digital tools.
Familiarity with Lagos, particularly Lekki and surrounding areas.
Willingness to complete Wego Inspect’s training and assessment process.
