Key Responsibilities
Conduct field inspections, observations, audits and compliance checks.
Review risk assessments, JSA/JHA, permits and control measures for work activities.
Coach personnel on safe work practices and intervene when critical controls are ineffective.
Track incidents, near misses, corrective actions and HSE performance indicators.
Prepare HSE reports and support investigations, emergency exercises and assurance activities.
Coordinate with operations, contractors and management to close identified gaps.
Skills & Competencies
Relevant HSE qualification/certification
Oil & gas/construction HSE experience where applicable
Risk assessment, incident reporting and audit skills
Strong communication, coaching and intervention capability
Qualifications & Experience
Relevant degree, HND, OND, trade qualification or recognized professional certification appropriate to the discipline and level.
Relevant industrial, construction, oil & gas, marine or project experience is preferred.
Role-specific statutory, technical, offshore, safety or professional certifications shall be provided where required by the client, site or applicable standards.
