Job Description
The Head of Jewellery will lead the Company''s jewellery strategy, overseeing merchandising, sales performance, category growth and relationships with High-Net-Worth Individuals.
The role will be responsible for strengthening the Company''s position in the jewellery market while driving revenue and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the Company''s jewellery category strategy.
Drive revenue and profitability.
Lead jewellery merchandising and assortment planning.
Monitor product performance, inventory and sell-through.
Develop HNWI/VIC client acquisition and retention strategies.
Build and maintain relationships with high-value clients.
Oversee jewellery sales performance.
Develop private client events and exclusive selling opportunities.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
Identify new business and category growth opportunities.
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Finance and Operations.
Report category performance to senior management.
Requirements
Bachelor''s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field.
7–12 years'' experience in jewellery/luxury retail.
Strong understanding of high-end jewellery and affluent customer segments.
Proven commercial and sales leadership experience.
Strong HNWI/VIC relationship network is advantageous
