Job Summary
The Growth Associate will drive the acquisition and retention of recycling partners within an assigned territory. The role involves sourcing, onboarding, supporting, and managing field partners.
Responsibilities
Prospect and onboard Agents, Processors, Merchants, and Logistics Partners.
Maintain accurate records of leads, partner activities, and onboarding.
Follow up with partners and resolve field-related issues.
Support material recovery, partner training, activations, and asset delivery/recovery.
Requirements
Minimum of SSCE certificate.
Must have an Android phone and basic technology skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with the assigned local area.
Passion for sales, growth, and community impact.
