Job Description & Summary
The Graduate Trainee Program provides 2–3 months of structured off-the-job and on-the-job training designed to develop well-rounded professional bankers. Upon successful completion of the program, the trainee will commit to serving Addis Bank for a period of three years.

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or other closely related fields
Graduation Year: 2026 – G.C
CGPA: 2.50 and above
