Job Summary
The General Practitioner / Clinical Professional is responsible for providing comprehensive, patient-centered care, conducting routine examinations, diagnosing and treating medical conditions, and maintaining accurate clinical records in alignment with healthcare regulations.
(Note: While titled as a General Practitioner, the job requirements specify qualification in Clinical Pharmacy).
Key Responsibilities
Conduct routine examinations and assess patient health status.
Diagnose and treat a variety of medical conditions and diseases.
Develop and implement patient care plans based on clinical evaluations.
Order and interpret diagnostic tests to inform treatment decisions.
Provide patient education on health maintenance and disease prevention.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Participate in continuing education and professional development activities.
Support hospital initiatives and programs aimed at improving patient care.
