It is a full-time role based in

The General Manager oversees overall daily operations, sets strategic goals, manages and motivates diverse and cross-functional teams, drives efficiency, and ensures alignment with company objectives. Has proven track record of successfully leading, organizing, trust–building, strategic thinking and financial acumen.
Must have strong and excellent organizational, analytical, problem-solving and time management skills/abilities across management and support roles.
Develops and implements strategic plans for Strategic Blueprint and aligns organizational resources to needs and manages prudentially.
Experience in Team Management and coordination of cross-functional activities.
Develops high-performance teams; leads and develops staff.
Develops a positive work environment for proper operational oversight.
Possesses outstanding written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and leadership skills, with excellent presentation skills and the ability to work collaboratively on-site.
Potentially is multitasking and a critical thinker, who applies proven data driven problem-solving and decision-making processes skills.
Proficiency in standard office and business software; familiarity with accounting or HR systems is an advantage.
BSc, MBA in Business Administration or similar relevant field.
Must have at least
two
years working experience as a General Manager.
Previous work experience in manufacturing or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environments is highly desirable.
