Job Summary
We are seeking a presentable, customer-focused and organised Furniture Showroom Officer to manage daily showroom activities, attend to customers, and support sales.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and attend to customers visiting the showroom.
Provide information about furniture products, prices and available options.
Assist customers in making suitable product selections.
Follow up with customers and support the sales process.
Keep the showroom neat, organised and properly displayed.
Monitor product displays and report damaged or missing items.
Maintain basic records of customers, sales and showroom activities.
Support other day-to-day showroom operations as required.
Requirements
Minimum of an OND/HND/Bachelor’s Degree.
Previous experience in showroom, retail, furniture or customer service is an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Presentable, confident and customer-oriented.
Proficiency in basic computer applications is an advantage.
